• SB152 – Passed House and Senate – Failed to receive a concurrent vote in the House – Requires public schools to display the official US motto “IN GOD WE TRUST” in every public school classroom.
• SB280 – SIGNED into law – Allows teachers to discuss all theories of how the world began, including Biblical creation.
